Thomas Bennett Cabinetmaker Lathe Work

Curly Maple Tabletop Detail
Lathe work (aka "woodturning") is one of my favorite hobbies. I began "turning" around 1978. I enjoy making larger items, such as platters, tabletops and bowls.  I like to add a little accent turning to my furniture projects, when appropriate, such as legs or knobs .
